Perched atop the Hyatt Regency, The Spindletop was envisioned as a concept design for a speakeasy-style lounge with revolving 360-degree city views. Inspired by Prohibition-era glamour, the design pairs jewel tones, moody lighting, and Art Deco details with velvet banquettes and gilded accents. Handcrafted cocktails, indulgent cuisine, and live jazz complete the vision of a secret, sophisticated escape.
