At age 15 in an art class, we were tasked with drawing any image we wanted all in pencil. As a young artist I didn’t know that your craft could be determined by your tools. I drew my most favorite piece at a young age all with a number 2 pencil. This rose will always hold a special place for me as it was the first drawing I saw my own potential.
